What is the first step in creating my hardscape project?
During our initial meeting our goal is to gather from our customer what they have in mind for their project. We want to know what you’d love to see, what you don’t like about other hardscape designs, and everything in between. While some hardscape and landscape companies will try to guide you towards ideas that are more profitable for them, we pride ourselves in putting our customer’s desires first and foremost so they’re sure to get decades of enjoyment and memories from their outdoor living space.
What happens at the initial hardscape consultation?
After our first meeting we will create an initial design and pricing proposal outline. Included are design concepts using our hardscaping software which transposes your design into actual photos we take of your home and property. We take the guess work out of wondering what the finished product will look like.
Will I be able to see real live stone samples before we proceed?
Of course! At the time we present our design and pricing proposal to you, we’ll gather live samples to be presented to you as well.
What happens at our second meeting?
We schedule a second meeting at your home where we bring a variety of materials, colors, and textures along. This exciting phase is where you really get to see your project come alive and is a very beneficial and important step in finding materials that match your tastes, your home, and your landscape. We will also discuss add-on’s, recommendations, and other details that will make the project a success.
What will be included in the final proposal?
Included in the proposal are all drawings, concepts, modifications, dialog, and much more. Once we have our final proposal approved, we’re ready to start building you the outdoor living are you’ve always dreamed of!
